Requirements
  • Possess the ability to communicate complex technical, architectural, or organizational issues clearly and concisely, along with the capability to propose corresponding solutions.
  • Have project execution management skills, including communication coordination, document writing, and presentation creation.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Possess foundational knowledge in data science and machine learning.
  • Exhibit a meticulous work attitude, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of project outcomes.
Desired
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, data science, or related fields.

Responsibilities
  • Execute data science projects, including understanding business issues, conducting data analysis, proposing and validating solutions, and presenting project outcomes.
  • Review relevant literature in the project domain to apply data science solutions to domain-specific problems.
  • Serve as the core developer for products, involving conceptualizing product solutions that meet customer requirements, formulating technical specifications for product cores, and creating related technical presentations showcasing solutions composed of product features.
  • Develop, test, and maintain reusable code to ensure delivery quality while enhancing product performance.
  • Assist the business team in conducting project feasibility assessments.
Requirements
  • Possess the ability to communicate complex technical, architectural, or organizational issues clearly and concisely, along with the capability to propose corresponding solutions.
  • Have experience in developing software using Python.
  • Have over 2 years of experience in data science projects.
  • Familiar with common data analysis packages such as NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Exhibit a patient and meticulous work attitude, with the perseverance to ensure the achievement of task objectives.
Desired
  • Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as statistics, mathematics, data science, or related areas.
  • Have experience in team leadership or personnel management.
  • Possess expertise in deep learning, including experiences with CNN, LSTM, etc.
  • Have experience in time series data analysis.
  • Have experience in text data analysis.
Work Schedule
  • Employees are required to work 8 hours per day under a flexible working hours system. Daily start and end times are freely determined within the condition of not delaying work tasks. Any surplus or deficit in hours for the month should be compensated through compensatory time off or additional work before the end of the month.
  • Remote work is permissible and can be applied for.
Welfare System
  • Upon completing one year of service, employees are entitled to a year-end bonus equivalent to two months’ salary. For those with less than one year of service, the bonus is prorated based on the length of employment.
