<p id="b585" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph=""><strong class="mp fs">第二，不需要懂程式也能讓一線人員直接建立、管理AI。</strong>企業內部的資訊團隊產能往往十分吃緊，倒不如由具備know how的人資團隊直接建立AI模型，更能夠給出合理的推論與解釋。使用Tukey的第一線現場人員分享，「過去自己都聽不懂AI在講什麼、以為距離AI很遙遠，」在沒有AI相關背景下，他們實際操作Tukey都很上手，也都讓他們感受到AI所帶來的價值。</p>

<p id="6bec" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">一間企業人資長，也分享了Tukey平台實際應用的回饋。人資長對於Tukey印象深刻的地方是，可以根據不同員工所屬的部門、職級等條件，提供員工去留的拉力、推力分數。像是，研發工程師對於工作內容契合度、職等升遷特別敏感；廠務工程師則對於是否長期加班特別在意。</p>
