<p id="3484" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">詠鋐智能（Chimes AI）是一家新創公司，我們才創立兩年，如何為社會實踐<a class="af nl" href="https://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/2328" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc nofollow">ESG</a>？我們希望做到<a class="af nl" href="https://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/2228" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc nofollow">AI</a>普及化、降低AI門檻 — — 讓大家使用AI，就像用水一樣簡單。</p>
<p id="b78f" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">為何可以透過AI實現ESG目標呢？因為AI能透過數據分析，提早預判風險、為社會節能降耗、幫助企業創新。接下來，我想分享幾個台灣的真實案例。</p>
<h1 id="43ca" class="nv nw fr be nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">颱風、火災的風險預警</h1>
<p id="3a66" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq ot ms mt mu ou mw mx my ov na nb nc ow ne nf ng ox ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">近年，我們受到<a class="af nl" href="https://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/1292" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc nofollow">氣候變遷</a>、颱風災害影響，「韌性」成為我們的因應關鍵。因此，我們分析水文、氣象、雨量，找到城市裡的抽水站水位、閘門數據；接著，我們的系統至少能提早30分鐘告訴使用者，在哪些地方、水位將升至多高。同時，預警數據能連結<a class="af nl" href="http://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/1294" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc nofollow">災害應變系統</a>，更順暢地應變、調度災害相關資源。</p>
<p id="dd3d" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">我們也與電力公司合作，導入颱風、氣象、電網的歷史數據；例如，納入木造或水泥電線桿的位置、電纜地下化區域、將淹水地區、已發生土石流地區、人口密集處等，交叉比對後，就能提前告知電力公司目前的停電風險。</p>
<p id="14e5" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">不只水，我們也幫高雄做了台灣第一張火災風險地圖 — — 藉著消防局蒐集的火警歷史數據、建築物屋齡、建築型態、住戶人數、七歲以下兒童人數、獨居老人人數，讓消防局能「對症下藥」，提前預防高風險區的火災。導入數據後，我們真的大幅下降了高雄鳳山區的火災發生數。</p>
<h1 id="19d2" class="nv nw fr be nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">智慧染整的節約實例</h1>
<p id="f2b4" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq ot ms mt mu ou mw mx my ov na nb nc ow ne nf ng ox ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">在<a class="af nl" href="https://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/1293" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc nofollow">節約能耗</a>方面，我們在製造業投入較多；其中包含了能源、原料、生產過程、產品等資料。</p>
<p id="1a15" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">這裡面有一件重要的事情 — — 生產過程中，工廠常使用冰水系統嚴格控溫、維持製程穩定；所以，我們可以透過數據分析，事先找出異常、超載的壓縮機，也從中減少耗能、延長壓縮機壽命。</p>
<p id="1c29" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">除了設備保養，我們也能透過物聯網的演算法、感測數據，實現機台參數的最佳化。例如，同一機台在不同季節、天氣下都可微調，讓產品品質一致。這過程中，工廠不僅穩定了良率，也達到節約效果。</p>
<p id="8698" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">例如，紡織業常要面臨少量、多樣化的良率，且需使用大量水資源。我們可透過AI及歷史數據，找出最適合的染料對應濃度、染布材質數據、溫度控制、攪拌速度等。一但透過智慧染整，讓良率最大化，工廠就不必再因色差、染色不均而洗掉重來，可<a class="af nl" href="https://futurecity.cw.com.tw/article/1297" target="_blank" rel="noopener ugc nofollow">減少大量水資源浪費</a>。</p>
<h1 id="b334" class="nv nw fr be nx ny nz oa ob oc od oe of og oh oi oj ok ol om on oo op oq or os bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">AI為老師傅傳遞經驗、做碳盤查</h1>
<p id="7407" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq ot ms mt mu ou mw mx my ov na nb nc ow ne nf ng ox ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">談到永續，有效的經驗傳承也很重要。</p>
<p id="2eea" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">我們與金屬製造業合作時，發現IT部門無法快速調整、上線，造成工廠內的生產管理及營運必須高度仰賴人力。因此，我們找出工廠的製造工藝、原料、人員、設備、品質與費用資料；交叉比對後，可計算一項新產品產製時，運用多少參數，就能做出多少顆水龍頭、螺絲 — — AI從中幫助工廠營運，也傳遞老師傅的經驗。</p>
<p id="f918" class="pw-post-body-paragraph mn mo fr mp b mq mr ms mt mu mv mw mx my mz na nb nc nd ne nf ng nh ni nj nk fk bj" data-selectable-paragraph="">此外，在節碳淨零時代，我們能透過碳盤查找出各環節的排碳量。</p>
